Biography:
Billy is a puppet character prominently featured in the Saw horror film franchise. The puppet first appeared in the short film of the same name, Saw, in 2003.
Created by James Wan and Leigh Whannell, Billy serves as a messenger for John Kramer, the Jigsaw Killer. He delivers instructions and warnings to Jigsaw's victims before they undergo his deadly "games".
